The Chartered Human Resources Practitioner (CHRP) is a comprehensive training program designed by the Global Academy of Finance and Management to provides professionals with the essential skills and knowledge required to become a successful HR practitioner. This 12-module program is designed to provide an in-depth study of HR management and will equip participants with the necessary skills to effectively manage the HR functions within an organization.

Introduction to Human Resources Management: This module provides an overview of the principles of Human Resources Management and their practical application. Topics covered include the role of the HR practitioner, the HR function, and the HRM process.

Recruitment and Selection: This module covers the recruitment and selection process, including the different methods of sourcing candidates, the selection criteria, and the interviewing process.

Training and Development: This module examines different approaches to training and development, and explores the key elements of effective training design and delivery.

Performance Management: This module looks at the performance management process, including the performance appraisal, and the use of objectives and key performance indicators.

Employee Relations: This module looks at the role of the HR practitioner in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures.

Compensation and Benefits: This module examines the principles of compensation and benefits, including salary structures, incentive systems, and employee benefits.

Participants will be assessed throughout the Chartered Human Resources Practitioner program. Assessment will include a combination of written assignments, practical exercises, and group activities.
