International Certification Centre was founded under the name Global Institute of Finance and Management Studies.
ICC set out to provide practical training in Human Resource, Project Management, Accounting, Procurement, and Supply Chain for individuals and organizations.
Initial classes began with 30 participants at Kinbu Senior High Technical School in Accra Central, with Saturday sessions.
Of the first 30 individuals, 25 were already working professionals, while the rest were recent graduates eager to grow.
ICC established a partnership with the Global Academy of Finance and Management in the USA, becoming a training and examination centre in Ghana.
The partnership opened the door for wider growth, helping ICC expand and diversify the range of professional courses offered.
ICC began training and preparing professionals across multiple fields to sit for GAFM examinations with confidence.
Over the years, ICC’s training reached professionals from international brands including Total, Shell, MTN, Unilever, Microsoft, Google, and IBM.
ICC’s influence expanded beyond Ghana into other African countries including Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, and Uganda.
More than 1,500 individuals, including politicians, entrepreneurs, and managers, have been trained by ICC and successfully passed GAFM examinations.
ICC continues to play a vital role in advancing careers, strengthening skills, and shaping professional excellence across the continent.
